a. Change of Mind: Refunds are not available. A credit note or exchange may be offered at our discretion if notice is given at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
b. No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a booked session without notice results in forfeiture of the full service fee.
c. Appointment Availability: During peak periods, appointment availability may be limited.
20. Credit Note Policy
a. Credit notes are issued as a goodwill gesture and valid for three (3) months.
b. Credit notes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
21. Bookings and Availability

Order Cancellation Due to Error
