The Ronnie Yap Wellness Program is a 6-week guided transformation designed to help you reset your nervous system, re-align your mindset, and rebuild your life through the Physical, Mental, Spiritual, and Emotional (PMSE) framework.
Weeks 1–3: Alignment & Stability
You’ll begin with 30-minute daily sessions, Monday to Friday, focused on grounding, clarity, and creating rhythm. These sessions are designed to help you regulate your mind and body, build consistency, and establish a personalised wellness routine that fits into real life.
Rather than intensity for intensity’s sake, this phase is about gentle discipline, emotional safety, and momentum.
Weeks 4–6: Integration & Empowerment
In the final phase, we transition into weekly 60-minute sessions, where we anchor your transformation into your lifestyle. You’ll learn how to apply PMSE principles independently, strengthen emotional resilience, deepen self-belief, and create a sustainable path forward.
